1 bedroom 2 bath second floor apartment located above garage is situated on unique one acre home ( the second bedroom is currently set up as an office). For your comfort the apartment is fully equipped with all essential items you have at home. There is a full laundry room located downstairs in a separate building, a few steps away for your convenience. The Marina for access to Lake Dora is only 3/4 miles away so bring your boat, we have plenty of parking for your RV and water toys. If you like antiques there are several antique malls nearby including Renninger's Antique Center that hosts several extravaganza events each year. Mt Dora hosts many events each year to include art festivals, craft fairs, seafood fest, blueberry festival, and the Sailboat Regatta to name a few. If you like July 4th fireworks, our property is located across from Lake Dora so no need to go anywhere to enjoy the festivities, just pull up a lawn chair and enjoy. Please feel free to spend Christmas in Mt Dora and enjoy the spectacular Christmas lights, shows, and parades. If you don't feel like walking or driving the 1 mile to downtown you will have access to bicycles which are available for your use or a golf cart taxi, which is convenient and affordable. Take a train to nearby Tavares and/ or Eustis to enjoy the restaurants and activities those cities provide. Please feel free to bring 1 small dog we love our furry four-legged friends, sorry no cats. The guest house is no-smoking, however there is a downstairs outdoor patio area for you to hangout and relax. You will enjoy the beautiful view and sunsets over Lake Dora as well as the secluded privacy our property offers. Mt Dora Golf Club is also located 1 block away. This property is in close proximity to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Port Canaveral Cruise Ships, Kennedy Space Center, The Beaches, and Orlando International Airport. I have included a picture of our home taken from the road to assist with locating the address. Please keep in mind the upstairs apartment being rented is located in a secluded area on the back of the property. Please check for discounts while booking for extended stays!!!
