Year round home nestled on the Moose River. Easy access to Moosehead Lake, snowmobile and ATV trails and local hiking trails. Furnished year round home ready for rent. Owners live next door in year round home. A most definite MUST! Two bedrooms with a queen bed and second with a queen bed and pull out trundle. Full bath with furnished linens and towels. Full furnished kitchen with brand new Jenair electric stove. Living room area is furnished with satellite TV. Full covered porch overlooks the Moose River and is an excellent place to read a book, or just watch the boats go by on the river. Dock hookup for a boat or jet ski is also available. Outdoor fire pit is also available for evening fires. Kayak usage is also available.
