Villa Maru is set close to Brsec, halfway between the pearl of the Adriatic, Opatija, and the popular tourist place, Rabac. The guests of this wonderful modern villa will enjoy the beautiful view of the Kvarner and the islands.
There is a port nearby, ideal for those who want to visit the islands Cres and Losinj. One of the most beautiful beaches in Istria, Klancac beach is only 2 km from the house. On a well-kept property the guests have a swimming pool of 50 sqm, a covered terrace with sitting set, a barbecue, a vegetable garden, sun loungers, parasols, a parking space and a garage on their disposal.
Near the house there are several cycling and hiking trails leading to the nature park Učka and to the highest point of the mountain Učka, Vojak 1401 m. For the adrenalin addicts there is also a paragliding slope on the mountain. The values for which mountain Učka was declared a nature park are its relief and proximity to the sea, which has led to the development of a specific climate and lush forest vegetation, as well as numerous endemic and protected plant and animal species.
Villa Maru extends over three floors with a total living space of 500 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and two double bedrooms. There are in total four bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are extremely spacious, air-conditioned, have their own balcony with sea view and their own bathroom. In the basement there is a garage for two cars, a room for hanging out together with a dart board, Table soccer and a wine cellar. On the ground floor with a separate entrance by the pool is a fitness room with sauna and private bathroom. Use of the sauna is possible from 6pm to midnight.
