Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located single family home. With an updated kitchen, a/c downstairs and in master bedroom (may-sept). Ultra modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 rain shower heads, 1 extra deep bathtub, heated floor, marble counter tops & bidet
Outside you will have a large back porch which includes a hot tub & string lights to enjoy during the cool Buffalo evening.
The space
Updated open-concept kitchen includes quartz countertops, new appliances (range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), 1 mini-split a/c & heating unit for downstairs, 2 living rooms, 1 with a TV and N64.
Backyard has a hot tub with large patio area that has string lights (turn on 7-10 PM)
2nd floor walk-in bathroom is uber modern with 2 rain showers & deep-soaking bathtub) also includes a bidet on the toilet
Master bedroom has a a king bed & a mounted television with an Xbox 1 that gives access to Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, HBO, peacock, & Disney+
Guest bedroom has a queen bed with a box fan & ceiling fan.
Office has a desk for work.
Basement has a washer/dryer and full bath
3rd story has an air mattress with 5 skylights for natural lighting (can be blacked out if needed)

There are 2 closets (one in master, one on 3rd floor) which are used for storage and are locked. The rest of the space is fully accessible.
Other things to note
Master bedroom closet and attic closet are locked & used for storage. The string lights are set on a timer that will activate automatically and shut off at 10PM. The grills are available for use from May through October.
