Experience incredible new updates paired with the old charm of this historical house. The interior features new floors, paint, updated kitchen, brand new mattresses, bed frames, bedding, and furniture throughout. The outdoor area features a brand new heated pool, with an automatic cover and gate around the pool for extra safety if you are traveling with young ones. A remote start gas fire pit with enough seating for everyone to enjoy S'mores, an outdoor kitchen to do all your grilling, a pool house with a bathroom, 8 person spa, and a grassy area for the kids to run and play!! One of the only houses that has a private pool AND is within walking distance to North Beach!!! Walk to town if you choose or never leave the house because you have everything you would need for a luxury vacation!
Welcome to the Arundel House! One of South Haven's many historic buildings, Arundel features the whimsical charm you would expect from a historic home with an updated and modern beach style.
Decks galore give you plenty of room to enjoy the summer air, the breathtaking sunsets, or boats passing on the river from the back decks.
A large, open kitchen and spacious dining room ensures plentiful room for daily meals, games, and entertaining.
7 bedrooms on the main levels, 5 bathrooms, and 2 sitting areas across 3 spacious levels make this home a perfect getaway for any time of year! A brand new finished basement with a game room and tv area for those rainy days! A quick walk to the beach a block away, a short walk to downtown, a bakery right down the street, a park around the corner, this house has it all!
We do not rent to young adults looking to have a party house. Our house is available to responsible and respectful families who will treat our home like it is their own. Absolutely no events, parties, or outside guests.

Summary: This property is truly amazing from inside out. The house had more than enough room for our family of 14 adults and 2 littles - everything well taken care of and clean. They really do a tremendous job with this property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area is phenomenal with the pool, fire pit, kitchen, grill, Blackstone, plenty of seating and a yard area for outdoor games. Beach, town, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance; although, we did also rent golf carts to explore the town for fun. Things you do not need to pack: beach towels and pool towels (saves a lot of packing space)!
