Living Room-
The living room is located on the first floor of the house. There are two sofas and a chair providing plenty of seating for you and your guests. There are 2 sliding glass doors and large windows above them allowing lots of natural light and stunning lake views. There is a 55” SmartTV for you to unwind after enjoying the beautiful outdoors. There is an indoor fireplace for this house to be enjoyed year round.
Kitchen/Dining Area-
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials you need to make a nice home cooked meal, or to enjoy food from a local restaurant. With stainless steel appliances and white cabinets, this room is sure to capture your eye. There is a dining room table with two benches located in front beautiful, large windows for a breathtaking view while eating. Off of the kitchen and dining room area is a bar area with a wine cooler for you to enjoy during your stay.
Bedroom 1-
Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, made with clean, comfortable sheets allowing you to get a good nights sleep. There is a closet for you to unpack and make yourself feel at home while here. A 32” SmartTV is available for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movie before bed.
Bedroom 2-
Bedroom 2 is also located on the first floor. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, made with clean, comfortable sheets allowing you to get a good nights sleep. There is a closet for you to unpack and make yourself feel at home while here. A 32” SmartTV is available for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movie before bed.
Bathroom 1-
This full sized bathroom is located downstairs in the main living area. There is a double vanity as well as a beautiful stand up shower. There are shelves in this bathroom for you to put all of your bathroom essentials in. Towels and hotel shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided for your stay.
Bedroom 3-
Bedroom 3 is the primary bedroom located upstairs. This bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed made with clean comfortable sheets, so that you can get a good nights rest while sleeping here. The outside wall is full of windows for you to enjoy the great outdoors, even while inside. There is a dresser and closet for you to unpack and make yourself at home while staying here. This bedroom has a 43” SmartTV for you to watch your favorite shows and movies before bed.
Bedroom 4-
Bedroom 4 is also located upstairs. This bedroom is right off of the upstairs hallway. There are 2 sets of twin bunk beds in this room, for the kids to all have their own space. There is storage underneath the beds for you to unpack and put your things away while staying here.
Bathroom 2-
Bathroom 2 is located upstairs and is shared between the primary bedroom and the bunk bed bedroom. This bathroom has a double vanity, shelves and lots of counter space for you to put all of your bathroom essentials. There is a shower/tub combo in this bathroom for you to take a shower or give the kids a bath in!
Backyard-
This house is right on the water, allowing you to enjoy Lake Murray up close. The outdoor patio has seating for you to enjoy the beautiful SC weather and the lake views while enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The backyard is grass, where you can play and enjoy some bean bags and other games with your family. There is a dock with two kayaks for you to use and parking available for a boat. The gazebo comes equipped with a fan, light, and power. This is the perfect space to make lots of memories with your family!
Please note that all communication for the jet ski rentals will go through the neighbor. We will get you connected with them, but they will handle all other aspects of getting the jet skis rented out and delivered.
We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
There is a ring doorbell at the front door.
