Chalet comfortable mobile home on a condominium of 35 lots with private pool. Lot area 206 m2 including two bedrooms (a parent with 1 bed, and a child with 2 beds) comfortable sleeping nine. A laundry room with new washing machine also. Large living room with TV, kitchen (microwave, small oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) open, about 15 m2. Comfortable bathroom, sink and shower. Independent toilets. Veranda (removable openings) serving as dining room of 9m2; including a table and six chairs type "hesperides" plus a terrace with a garden table and six chairs. 1 enclosed garden with a location for the car. All 10 minutes from the beach. Nice city center. Animated local shops, (games for children in season) and a casino. Some restaurants. Bike rental and beautiful walks in perspective. La Faute is 1 hour from La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré. Many historical sites to visit, to see with the Office of tourism in Vendée. Rent appreciated by the vacationers this summer.
