Positive: Comfortable bed in a ground floor room. Not large but very well arranged with everything that you need and good quality fittings. Helpful host who allowed us to leave luggage in garden area after checkout and to collect it later in the day. Garden is secure but not covered. Good communication.
Negative: Location not in main trulli area but still only 10 mins walk. It is very close to train/bus station.
