Minstrel Lodge is a spacious, “upside-down” coastal home set over three floors, designed to make the most of its stunning surroundings with sea views from the top.
On the ground floor, you'll find a double garage, half of which is used by the owner, with the other half available for guests to store bikes, boards, or beach gear. There's also a handy shower room and laundry area here, making it the perfect pit stop after a day on the sand or water. Rinse off, drop your kit, and head upstairs to relax.
The first floor is home to four generous bedrooms: three double rooms, including a lovely master en-suite, and one bunk room that's ideal for children or friends. A family bathroom with bath, sink, and toilet completes this floor.
Up top, the second floor is the showpiece, a light-filled, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that's perfect for gathering. Modern sofas and armchairs, wood floors, and a dining table for eight create a welcoming space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. The bespoke, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, and the lounge offers WiFi, Sky TV for cosy evenings.
