Mini two-roomed apartment renovated in October 2021. In a great location, just behind the pine forest that runs along the promenade, 50 m from the beach, on the border between Pescara and Montesilvano. In the immediate vicinity, bike path, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, public services. Ideal for a couple or a family, there are also a small room with a bunk bed and a small terrace with table and 4 chairs. Tables, chairs and paintings are different from the photos because purchased later.
Due to COVID-19 related Italian regulations, guests MUST have the Green Pass or a certificate of full vaccination. In a populous but quiet neighborhood, the proximity to the sea, the refreshing pine forest, and all major stores and services make the location of the apartment ideal to spend a vacation away from stress. A day at the beach, a walk along the promenade or an evening spent in a nice restaurant eating fresh fish or dancing under the stars. On request and subject to availability, we can provide a baby chair and a baby crib with linen.
