Kangaroos graze at your front door, and an abundance of birdlife will greet you each morning. Built from the highest quality materials, this home blends stonework and timber throughout the main living area. The kitchen, dining and sitting area has a relaxed open plan feel, with a huge fireplace at one end. The kitchen has all the latest appliances and appointments to cook for all your guests staying with you, as well as a large walk-in pantry with more storage space than you will know what to do with!
The sleeping quarters are split into 2 wings, separated by the main living area and outdoor courtyard. The house will comfortably sleep 12 guests made up of 8 adults and 4 children. Please note that bookings for 12 adults will be rejected. The south-wing hosts the master bedroom with enormous ensuite and freestanding bath. The views from this room over the bushland are nothing short of spectacular. There are also two bedrooms in this section that share a bathroom.
The northern wing hosts another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing you a lot of flexibility in how you would like to accommodate your 8 adults and 4 children.
A starting supply of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require additional firewood, or at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
