Negative: Stiff on/off faucet in the bathroom sink dirty carpet in the bedroom tile need regrouting in the bathtub, drain in bathtub slow no metal tray for heating in the oven, burnt my hand using a metal pot to heat food in the oven need proper drying rack and tray for dishes only one large coffee mug only medium size flippers and large size snorkel mask couldn't get video to work coffee maker died a scale would be nice for luggage weight Hard to know who to contact about minor issues
