Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great size hot tub, comfortable mattress, nice size showers , great view and lodge kept warm in the rainy weather. On arrival crisps and biscuits were a nice touch. We would come again even though we noticed a few things.
Negative: Last minute change ( literally 10 minutes from check in) lodge that we booked, because of cleaner problems! which wasn't ideal as we specifically chose Math lodge due to the privacy of not seeing the other lodges. We were provided with the Betsi lodge. Plates / pots/pans/glasses need to be replaced due to wear,We had to go buy a frying pan ourselves as the one provided would stick. Toilet block needs replacing, not great that it keeps being used with different guests. More hand towels would be useful and a drying rack for those who dont need to use the dishwasher for a few dishes. . Pillows were lumpy. overall I feel the property was good but needs to be checked over to replenished/replaced certain things. No check up during the stay from host/sky cottages, or good bye messages.
