This beautiful apartment in the center of Split has 70 m2, a terrace a jacuzzi, and air conditioning in every room. The sea is 50 m away.This unique accommodation is close to all points of interest, making it easy to plan your visit.The city center and the old Diocletian's Palace are a 15-minute walk away. It has a private garage with 2 parking spaces & an elevator from the garage to the apartment. Flat is on the 3rd floor of a new building.
Iit has air conditioning in every room, 2 flat screen TVs, a jacuzzi, a terrace. With the construction of a hotel in front of the building, unfortunately we no longer have a view of the sea and beach. The concrete construction work on the hotel has been completed, the hotel is being decorated inside, so the noise is kept to a minimum.
It has a safe - a key to open the apartment. Own parking in the garage for 2 parking spaces with remote control. You enter the elevator from the garage and go directly to the apartment.
