Positive: great view snd walking distance to everything, very clean snd well set up
Negative: chairs and lounge are very uncomfortable and not very inviting, good to look at but once you sit down you feel the lack of support
Summary: all up very good, had rain so needed to tv binge but the lounge snd seats made this very hard.
