Positive: The place was very cozy, its right on the beach. In a quiet area. The apartment was spotless!! Very well decorated. The host was superb, very polite and accomodating, very flexible and very helpful. I would recomend to anybody that would love to stay close to the capital yet in a quiet area and close to the beach and amenities.
Negative: I dont know whos fault is, I put in bookings.com that I wanted a place with AC.... This apartment doesnt have AC, instead it has 2 ceiling fans, one in the bedroom the other in the living room. Also just as a note. Maybe the owner couldve put a couple of bottles of water as a welcome gift.... I arrived quite late and had to go out to the nearest petrol station to get some water.
Summary: Great place...but a few improvements could make it excellent
