Excellent house with wonderful views of the lagoon of Pampulha, with 10 rooms and 8 suites, gourmet area, swimming pool, soccer field, parking for 10 cars, very close whirlpool of legume (5 min walk from the legume). Furnished with new beds, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, freezer, stove microwave, cable TV, internet, Very comfortable and cozy. It is located next to the Hotel San Diego and in front of the Yacht Club.
