Summary: Our family of three - wife, me, son - and our dog stayed three nights here while visiting family in Seattle. Would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is great: very hilly, so great for dog walks, with lots of beautiful vegetations and cool little pockets of restaurants and shops about 5-6 blocks in either direction. Especially liked the restaurants and shops over on 32nd, which are an easy walk over the hill and down the other side. House was comfortable and spacious. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and a master bedroom on the third floor, with the living / dining area in the middle, so if you're travelling between the two sleeping areas it can be a lotta steps (if that's a concern, which it wasn't for us). Check-in and communication with the owner was very easy before and throughout the stay.
