The house boasts 7 recently updated bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, an elevator, 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, 2 new Smart TV's in living areas and in 2 bedrooms, new seating in the main living space, decks off the oceanfront bedrooms with rockers, a large ocean-side deck with rockers and a spacious pool (Pool closed Oct 31st-Apr 1st), with ample decking for friends and family (pool heater with surcharge). This house can accommodate all ages and stages! Amenities include: baby items -- pack n' play, highchair, gates, Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot Duo Crisper. A welcome gift awaits your arrival to this beautiful beachfront home!
Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only. No Towels provided but can be rented.
