Positive: The bedding and towels were clean and the location was great for the race track. The staff were nice.
Negative: It was not clean when we arrived. Toilet and bidet where covered in small hairs and lots of dust, had not been cleaned for a while. The sink still had food in it. The floor had to be swept had long dark hair all over it.
Summary: Great location but needed cleaning.
