Summary: The property is as described and is well maintained with a loverly small private pool & a nice view from the upstairs balcony with sea glimpses (The property it is also private despite being an end of terrace house). The kitchen has everything you need, including an Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The property was big enough for a family of 4 adults...but note the aircon is central so if it’s hot you need to leave the bedroom doors open. The owner is also easy to deal with, is very helpful, and quick to respond. A very large supermarket is nearby as is Antibe & the motorway
