Positive: Good for a single skier / visiter. Small little studio but neat and tidy. With a parking slot. Very comfortable pull-down bed. Very nice shower. Good functioning kitchen with a coffee machine.
Negative: Convenient for someone staying by themselves (possibly a couple) with a car. Not close to the centre for shops or restaurants so if you need to be going back and forth, it could be a bit of a hassle. You might be able to do a deal with the hotel next door to use their shuttle.
