Spend a relaxing stay in this house located in the middle of Paris, which is very rare. The house is bright and spacious, it is a duplex and has a private garden of 90m ² with table and deckchair to relax in peace and enjoy the beautiful weather.
On the first floor, you will find the large living room with a large screen TV, with its sofa, storage furniture and nice modern decoration and then a large dining table for 6 people.
The kitchen is separated from the living room by a large architect's glass window. It is equipped to prepare your meals: oven, gas stove, large sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, and storage cabinets. The dishes are of good quality. Nespresso, pots and pans, cutlery, kettle, toaster, microwave...
The bathroom has a small bathtub, a large sink and toilet, as well as a storage space with hair dryer and iron.
The master bedroom is also located on the first floor, it has a double bed of size 160cm* 200 cm, and the window looks directly onto the private garden.
Also, large closets are at your disposal so that you can store all your stuff.
On the first floor is also the veranda, with a work space (desk and storage), as well as a relaxation space (large pouf type chair). The veranda gives access to the garden.
The second bedroom is located on the 2nd floor via the small staircase. The room has a double bed, as well as a dressing room to store clothes. The window of the room also offers a view of the garden.
Garden:
You will have access to the garden from the veranda via stairs. The garden measures 90m² which is rare in the center of Paris. The garden is pleasant, flowered and private (there is no opposite). In order to spend a pleasant meal with your friends or your family, there is a table for 4 persons. You will also find 2 deckchairs to relax and enjoy the nice weather, especially during the summer.
You have a cellar, you can access it through the garden. You will find there the washing machine.
We provide for your stay:
Sheets, blankets and clean towels (1 large per person)
2 rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets.
Products such as shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and coffee are not provided with each reservation. However, we regularly bring them.
IMPORTANT: Our gardener comes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to water the garden at 6pm. He does not come through the house but accesses the garden directly through our cellar.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
Neighbourhood La fourche- guy Mocquet. Lively and young neighbourhood with lots of green space, restaurants and shops.
The house is a 2 minute walk from the Brochant line 13 station. The area is also well served by bus and you have the possibility to rent bikes.
