Positive: Staff was friendly, clean room.
Negative: The reception was in level 1 instead of the main foyer, and no direction to where we had to go, till one lady from the shop in ground level said its in level 1 for reception. There was no tea, coffee, kettle or microwave. We couldn't even make a simple cup of tea. So that was crappy. We had to get our own water n glasses from level 1. Tv was old no netflix or any type of app we had to watch plain TV or our phones. That's just a plain basic stuff.
