Come and stay in this secluded estate, set in several hectares of parkland.
An exceptional 300 m2 property with elegant, generous spaces, enjoy a comfortable stay close to Tours and the Loire castles.
Large heated swimming pool, 70m2 reception room with billiard table, video projector and open fireplace, king and queen size premium bedrooms.
You'll be seduced straight away by the spacious entrance with checkroom leading to the office-library room, ideal for telecommuting, concentration games or relaxation, with its large glass door overlooking the countryside.
A large, generously-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and pool allows you to enjoy breakfast in small groups, and guests, amateur and professional chefs alike, to prepare meals served in the adjacent large dining room, which comfortably seats 14 guests.
On the other side of the entrance is the living room, where you can binge-watch your favorite Netflix program on comfortable sofas and armchairs (SmartTV and Bluetooth speaker). In the extension of the living room, there's a large reception room with open fireplace, equipped with a pool table, video projector system and dance floor light projector to make your evenings with family or friends last.
A king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor.
