Chico Villa is a Perfect Place with Open Living area looking over sun room and out to the pool. The Spacious Living Area features a Fireplace, a 55-inch Smart TV, Comfy Couches and a small Desk Space for work. Lounge on the Comfy Couches while you make plans for the day, chit chat or just relax while watching TV. The Living Room opens to a gorgeous, bright kitchen with a breakfast area. The kitchen is modern with plenty of cabinets to store your snacks. Whether you’re having takeout or cooking up a fresh meal, you’ll have everything you need in this fully loaded kitchen including all must have Small Appliances, Spices and Cooking Utensils and Cookware.
Looking for some entertainment while you stay indoors? Game Room has a lot to offer. This is not your ordinary game room-it features French doors right off the main entry way plus it opens up to kitchen and living area. It has a 7 ft Pool Table and a Vintage Piano and also included are many board games for everyone to enjoy. While staying in but outdoors, we have a DEEP Blue pool, a huge backyard completely fenced in to allow utmost privacy and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy a sunny day. With the spacious backyard we welcome your fur friends at this house also. We allow house-trained pets at no charge but we request to please pick up after your pets to avoid additional fees. Please let us know in advance so we can make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
When it's time to Relax and Recharge, whether it's after a sunny day in the pool or an adventurous day in DFW or just a simple cook out, you can relax in 3 Spacious Bedrooms that Chico Villa has to offer. They all have new furniture, comfy linens and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.
1- The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and an Air Mattress and has sliding doors which allow easy access to and from the Sun Room. The Spacious Master Bathroom contains clean, fresh and contemporary double vanity and walk in shower.
2- The second bedroom has a queen bed and an air mattress and Jack & Jill bathroom
3- The third bedroom is a dream room of many kids with double bunk beds and an air mattress.
Lastly, we look forward to your stay with us but we must inform that we DO NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort unless approved by Host prior to booking. We welcome families, corporate retreats and large groups of people who are looking to relax, enjoy the amenities this home has to offer.
Additional Notable Points
• SMOKING - We allow smoking on the back patio. Never in the house or on the front porch.
• Our pool is 12 ft deep, we HIGHLY recommend that you always monitor kids and pets for their safety while in backyard. Be aware that you are using pool and pool equipment’s (slide and dive bar) at your own risk.
• Please note, we offer plenty of towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
• Please feel free to use washer/dryer located within the unit if you need additional towels during your stay.
• The Smart TV is equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.
• Our Fireplace is operational. Please only use this Fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly, and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time.
• Our nightly rate includes the first 12 guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
• The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so Relax, Unwind, and make yourself at home. Plenty of parking spaces available including the 2 car garage and street and driveway parking.
