Minimum 5 days; Checkin/checkout Monday only for weekly or 2-week stay; Mon, Tues, Wed. checkin for 5 night stay. No stay over Mon. 2/16 from prior week. 22% discount for weekly stays.
Unit is over 1600 sq ft.
Unit 1501 is located on 1 of 2 "penthouse" floors with 2 other units in the Azteca Tower which services the main lobby. Pictures are of a typical Executive Two Bedroom Suite on the 14th & 15th floors, some remodeled in 2017. The suites are maintained daily. Free WIFI is available in each suite. Look for the third photo from pool view to tower building with arrow pointing to the location of suite.
The Air Conditioned Suites are all accessible by elevators off the main lobby. Three flat Screen TV's are located in the bedrooms and the Living room.
Master Bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, 2 closets
Guest bedroom has (2) queen size beds, and private bath 2 closets; Guest bath and closet off the entry hall.
Kitchen has large refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishware, utensils.

Balcony 12' oceanfront balcony over-looking the beach and gardens & pools and is full length of the living room and the dining room with gorgeous sunset views.
Entrance balcony overlooks the city of Mazatlan.
Mazatlan offers world-class fishing, historical sites from cathedrals to breweries, and is the shrimp capital of Mexico. From Feb 12-17, Carnival 2026 is the 3rd largest Carnival celebration in the world.
You can join festivities when so inclined, or withdraw to the Golden Zone, the tourist area of Mazatlan.
Travel to and from restaurants and shopping by cab or pulmonias (open golf-style carts.) There is also bus service at street-side from the Inn.
Transaction will be via internet. Buyer must provide check-in name, address, phone, & email contact to receive confirmation from seller/Inn at Mazatlan 3-5 days after payment has been received. US mail confirmation is also available. Buyer will be asked to leave credit card deposit at check-in to cover charges to room account during visit.
