This peaceful privacy is just three blocks from the beach and the stunning Yaroomba-Marcoola coastal bike paths and boardwalks. (The walk between Yaroomba and Coolum is voted the No. 1 coastal path and is part of the 96 kilometres of walks and bikeways with the sea on one side and the Mount Coolum monolith on the other).
After the beach an easy walk will find you at the Mount Coolum shopping precinct to pick up supplies, have breakfast or lunch at the well-reviewed cafes or restaurants.
This home away from home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus powder room. The spacious property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

The second bedroom has extensive views of the mountain and the third bedrooms overlooks the pool and courtyard with a background of magnificent Moreton Bay figs.
The Lakes-Coolum is a private enclave of luxury homes featuring a series of interconnecting lakes amidst tropical gardens, just minutes and three blocks from glorious local beaches. Residents and their guests have access to two floodlit, synthetic grass tennis courts, 4kms of flat even walkways inside the enclave, and a magnificent 16-metre heated swimming pool with adjacent Cabana and barbecue facilities. All of this is accessible by your own private golf buggy or just simply walk around the beautiful grounds. Please note that to drive the buggy you must be licenced.
