Summary: We were between houses and needed a place to stay for close to a month while waiting to close on our new home. This is a great location and was only 5 minutes from the new house. PROS--Spacious backyard, we had two dogs-Gorgeous kitchen with almost brand new appliances (great washer and dryer as well)-Very nice Master Bath with HUGE walk-in closet-Location, right off the 215 and less than 10 minutes to Target, lots of dining within 15 minutesCONS--Uncomfortable furniture, couch and beds are firm, we ended up sleeping on a queen size air mattress since the king size bed was so firm-limited utensils and dishes, as host said they mainly get short-term rentals. We asked about a broom or vacuum, as we had the two dogs. None available, but host did order a hand broom and dustpan, delivered the next day-Had to purchase a baking sheet, pot holders and some additional household items as they were not included (yay for Homegoods!)-Shared duplex, 3rd car garage and half of upstairs converted to additional housing. Not a big deal, but there is only one full bathroom for the upstairs, if you have multiple guests staying, you will all share Master Bathroom-No dresser in bedroom (we lived out of our suitcases) and only one bedside table in Master-Downstairs is the pool table, and in upstairs loft is a conference table and chairs (chairs were really comfortable)While it does seem the cons outweigh the pros, the house was very nice and it suited our needs.
