This is by far the best location in the town sitting directly above beautiful Playa Dominical beach with views of the Pacific from every room in the house! Watch the waves while lounging on one of the three sun decks. Walk to town, beach, grocery and restaurants. Our luxury home is privately gated and secure inside a private community. Brand new construction with all custom hardwood furniture and interior, Travertine floors throughout and rare Coral pool decks. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing below! All 5 bedroom suites have ensuite bathrooms. Sleeps 12 in beds comfortably With 5 Kings and 1 Queen. Huge 6 burner gas grill, Beach Chairs, cooler, and Umbrella provided. If you have children we have a fold out crib and high chair available.
This home is a three story luxury home with three bedroom suites on the main floor including a gourmet size kitchen, living/dining area, infinity pool and sun decks. One bedroom suite is located on the third floor (wait until you see the view!), The one bedroom suite, and studio apartment suite are on the lower level, each with a private deck. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and Living room. High speed cable internet service in every room! Kitchen includes a full sized oven, gas cooktop, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and a wine fridge. Huge 6 burner gas grill located on the back porch. Beach Chairs, Cooler, Umbrella, High chair, Fold out crib.
Don't be surprised to see any number of Costa Rica's exotic wildlife living in the forest bordering the property or in our beautiful landscaped gardens (including fruit trees!)..
Dominical is famous for some of the best and most consistent surf in the world. Suitable for all levels of proficiency. Plenty of waterfalls nearby including the famous Nauyaca Waterfall and Horseback tour. Enjoy whitewater rafting on the Savegre River or visit Cano Island for a scuba diving and snorkel adventure. We are also just a short boat ride away from Corcovado National Park and a short drive to Manuel Antonio National Park. The Quepos marina just north of the home is where some of best offshore fishing in the world can be found. Inshore fishing launches their boats just 3 km south of the house for a easy fun day at sea.
