The two free standing vacation houses (more info in web: ferienhaus-zum-brauneckblick) are equipped with three bed rooms each, for totally thirteen people to enjoy a relaxing and recreative luxury vacation. There are no other people living in the “Ferienhaus zum Brauneckblick” house 1 and house 2. The two houses have two different access-roads (five minutes walking distance from each other). They are located in an enchanting bungalow area at the sunny eastern edge of Lenggries – a typical village in the German Alps.
Both holiday houses convince by a breathtaking free panoramic view over Lenggries to the mountain “Brauneck” which is located on the opposite side of the valley.
The center of the village, the “market road” can be reached in 6 minutes walking, and the railway station in 12 minutes walking.
During the summertime you can enjoy the beauty of the green fields on the eastern side of the village. Within a few minutes you can go walking or biking in this area in direction of the “Denkalm”.
In the garden you can enjoy romantic evenings on the terrace.
In winter it is possible to reach the winter-sports-center (downhill-skiing, slopes for cross country skiing) in 6 minutes by car.
During summer the cable car up to Brauneck is also working and you can reach the top of the mountain without a big physical effort.
During summer the coasting cars at the Brauneck (Lenggries) and Blomberg (Bad Tölz) will take you through blossom fields down to the valley.
Holiday house – ground floor
The eating-/living-room is lightflooded by big windows and has a connected kitchen and a dinette for at least seven people with wooden chairs and a table handmade from local wood.
The generous kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove top , an oven, a fridge, a water boiler, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dish-washer. The luxury designed kitchen provides dishes for at least 7 people.
In the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a lavatory.

Here you will find a bathroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet and a view to the Brauneck and the alpine village of Lenggries located in the county of Bad Tölz.
Beside on the north- and on the southside of the house the visitors are being waked up by the morning sun in two spacious bedrooms. The north double-bedroom is equipped with a king-size doublebed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a small lounge. The triple-bedroom in the south is equipped with a king-size doublebed (180 cm x 200 cm), a single-bed (195 cm x 90 cm) and a small lounge. If you wish we put a cot into one of these rooms.

In the cellar, there is a third sleeping-room with a king-size doublebed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a small lounge.
In the south of the holiday house either on the terrace or on the balcony in the upper-floor you can enjoy evenings in open, fresh air during sunset behind the Brauneck in the west.
North of the holiday house there is a private parking area for 1 car. If necessary, there is more parking space nearby on public ground. In the cellar, there is a washing machine and a laundry dryer (you can use it for free with your own washing powder). During winter there is a room to store your skis.
