Positive: size and layout of the apartment, good mattresses, nice modern design, beautiful community pool, easy parking, easy access to A7 highway
Negative: The unit is in worn state with some torn curtains, dusty kitchen appliances, missing restroom lock and several walls with black marks. Some outlets are not working. Overpriced for what it is.
