A stunning brushed concrete dining table is the feature in the dining room seating 8 and connecting directly onto large Family Living Room with 55" TV and 2 stunning 4 seater Italian Linen Sofas - the dining room opens onto the covered Alfresco Eating area - with seating for 8 and Gas BBQ.
Another additional living room with gas fire also opens directly onto the Alfresco Living Area.
Laundry with Washer and Dryer.
OUTSIDE:
In addition to the Alfresco Dining Area and BBQ enjoy a lovely landscaped garden where the hero is a purpose built Boules/Bocce Court.
A hot & cold outdoor shower let's you get that sand off from a day at the beach.
Baby & Toddler Friendly:
Please advise if you have little ones - we have a highchair, stair gate, kids cutlery, plates, bowls and cups included.
Pets:
We allow a small dog to stay with an additional charge. Please advise at booking.
Beach umbrella. buckets and spades included for your use during your stay along with a surfboard and body board.
