Beautiful 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths in quite, safe subdivision, Regency Pointe; Located in the heart of Atlanta. Home has 2 car garage with driveway parking spaces and more visitors’ parking available if needed. Easy Access to everything, Minutes from all interstates including 85, 285 and 20. Only 9 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport and 9 miles to Downtown Mercedes Benz Stadium. Most importantly, Marta’s blue and green lines less than a mile away, provide direct transportation to and from the stadium. Home will sleep 12 comfortably. This is a gated community with a pool, clubhouse and fitness center. The master bedroom is located on the lower level floor. It has a king size bed, marble floors with a wet bar stocked with wine and separate sitting area, fit for a King! Bathroom has marble floors and walls, chandelier, jacuzzi tub with separate shower and toilet. The 1st Guest bedroom called the Hotel Suite has 2 queen beds, 2nd Guest bedroom has king bed, 3rd Guest bedroom has king bed and Loft bedroom has king bed. Our Guest bathroom upstairs comes with a Rain Shower with slate floors and walls. There’s a Sleeper Chaise upstairs in the hallway that’s too comfortable to leave. There’s a Surround System built throughout the house with tv’s in 3 bedrooms. The Living room area has a tv with a streaming media box for you Netflix fans. A beautiful gas fireplace to keep you warm while looking up out at the skylights above. The Dining room table will seat 4 along with a bar that seats 4 as well. We have a Laundry room equipped with full Washer and Dryer with separate ironing room. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, all utensils coffee and tea maker included and more. Cable and WiFi Free! So come Super Bowl fans and have the time of your life!
