La pietra bianca delle strutture contrasta con il rosso della terra, il verde degli ulivi con l’azzurro intenso del cielo, il rosso fuoco del tramonto lascia spazio a manigiche notti illuminate dal bianco di Luna e stelle.
L’acqua delle tre piscine coi suoi riflessi e la natura che vi si specchia, dona refrigerio e completa il quadro bucolico di Borgo Cinera.
VILLA (Occupazione 8 persone max)
La Villa è una magia di proporzioni. La pietra è la protagonista. Porte e finestre ad arco danno un tocco classico ad un magnifico edificio rurale. Dispone di quattro camere matrimoniali con letti contenitori e quattro bagni padronali. Le quattro porte finestre della zona giorno, con serramenti scorrevoli, trasformano l’area living in un porticato creando due cannocchiali con vista mozzafiato dal parco di ulivi all’aia con piscina.
LA LAMIA (Occupazione 2 persone max)
La lamia è un’alcova di pietra. I colori, le proporzioni, le volte interne, ne fanno un’opera d’arte di cui è impossibile non innamorarsi. La terrazza sul tetto offre un incantevole panorama sull’uliveto ed è il perfetto rifugio per il relax e meditazione.
All’ingresso l’elegante letto matrimoniale contenitore, sovrastato dalla bellissima volta a stella in pietra con chiave in legno, sulla sinistra il moderno bagno, incastonato nell’antica pietra calcarea con volta a botte e finestra. Sulla destra la zona giorno con salotto, camino in pietra e una piccola cucina a vista, perfettamente inserita nella pietra. Dalle piccole finestre che creano meravigliosi giochi di luce, si gode una vista mozzafiato del parco.
Stupenda la scala interna che porta alla terrazza sul tetto, da cui si gode il magnifico panorama sugli ulivi. Appena fuori una magnifica aia in pietra con intorno panchine in pietra e cuscini. Sulla sinistra la piscina a sfioro con incantevole vista sull’uliveto e a fianco un gazebo con cucina esterna, sedie e tavolo da pranzo.
Arredo esterno con lettini prendisole, sedie, sdraio, divani, tavolini e doccia esterna.
IL TRULLO (Occupazione 4 persone max)
Il Trullo dispone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, con due bagni padronali con finestre e di una zona living con cucina a vista.
Interamente in pietra bianca, con magnifici coni, è arredato con gusto ed eleganza nel rispetto della tradizione e dei colori locali.
Si accede dalla zona living, con al centro le poltrone e la TV; sulla destra un piccolo tavolo con sedie e a sinistra la cucina interna a vista, dotata di fuochi ad induzione e forno microonde. La porta d’ingresso in vetro offre una bellissima vista dell’aia esterna. Due magnifiche porte danno accesso alle camere. Entrambe con bagno privato e doccia a pavimento. Il letti matrimoniali contenitori, permette di riporre le valige e le cose ingombranti senza spreco di spazio. La testata è abbellita da cementine antiche, che contrastano sul bianco della pietra. Dalle finestre, di cui ogni camera è dotata, si godono magnifici scorci della natura esterna. La piscina a sfioro con vista sul paesaggio, un gazebo con divani e poltrone per il relax, un secondo gazebo con cucina esterna e tavolo da pranzo e le panchine in pietra a chiusura dell’aia fanno dell’area esterna la naturale estensione del trullo.
