NEWLY RENOVATED!!!!! You'll be mesmerized by the sparkling water and soft sand beach just outside your door when you stay at the Anini Beach House. This vacation property is a stunning, contemporary and very private beachfront estate consisting of a four-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom guest house located on over 1-acre of land on Anini Beach. Walls of glass frame the crystal clear waters of the Anini lagoon with views of breaking waves beyond. Clean and serene with an open floor plan. Both homes were completely refurbished with hand-crafted furniture, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, beautiful white washed floors and air conditioning throughout. The home looks and feels brand new, with designer furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and stunning spaces for reading, meditation or simply lounging and enjoying the ocean views.
Anini Beach is located on the North Shore of Kauai, just a short drive to Princeville, Kilauea, and 10 minutes from Hanalei. The Main House is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with an additional 1285 sqft of Lanai to enjoy outdoor living. The perfectly appointed bedrooms suites are all designed for privacy and functionality.
The Guest house has 1 Bedroom, 1 bath + a Kitchenette. It has 662 Sqft of living area with an additional 332 sqft of Lanai. The 4 bedroom house can accommodate two people in each bedroom and the guest house can accommodate 2 people.

Summary: We stayed a week at the Anini Beach House and booked the rental with Kauai Island Vacations. Two families with four teenage children. The property was everything we hoped and expected it to be - lovely grounds, beautiful completely-equipped home and a secluded, calm, private-feeling beach. Kauai Island Vacations helped enormously with suggestions for equipment rentals, restaurants and activities and they were always available to answer questions during our rental week. We would definitely rent this home again the next time we stay on the North Shore of Kauai.
