MAX 1 DOG - NO YOUTH GROUPS - Pool size: 7.3 x 3.6 x 1.25 = 27 m2 Lovely close to Blåvand town and only 1300 m from Blåvand's lovely beach you will find this lovely pool house. The cottage was originally built in 1992 but has a new kitchen in 2013, just as updates have been made to the cottage on an ongoing basis. In particular, emphasis has been placed on energy-saving measures such as solar heating on the roof and heat recovery has been installed and last but not least a heat pump to heat the pool. The cottage has a nice new kitchen from 2013 is in open connection with a really good spacious living room with wood stove. The living room is equipped with good comfortable furniture in Scandinavian style. From the living room there is access to a super nice terrace, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings with barbecue and coziness. On the plot there is also plenty of space for the children to play. Back in the cottage you will find 4 good bedrooms, all equipped with double beds. Two lovely bathrooms with new closets from 2016 - one with access to the sauna - complete this lovely holiday home. There is a safe in the house. Lovely cottage with pool and spa in Blåvand!
