This professionally decorated pool home has a spacious, high-ceiling living room, breakfast bar with stools and gourmet kitchen, all overlooking the pool and lanai, with the lake and preserve beyond. There is a formal dining room, separate den/office, laundry room and an oversized double garage. Flat screen TV's are provided in the living room, den and master bedroom, and hi speed wi fi is available throughout. The lanai houses designer quality patio furniture for seamless al fresco living and dining, plus a complete outdoor bar (with adjacent gas grill and refrigerator)..
The bedroom configuration is truly exceptional. The master suite - which looks out on the lanai - has a king-sized bed and a designer master bathroom with separate tub and shower.
