Just 4 km from Ibiza Town and only 10 minutes from the island's main tourist destinations, it is an oasis of calm, ideal for couples or families looking for refined comfort.

The ground floor of the villa is designed for effortless living. An ultra-modern kitchen boasts top quality appliances such as a Boss Flex ceramic hob, an American Smeg fridge and a Liebherr wine cellar. The dining room, with its warm fireplace and seating for six, opens onto a veranda dining area for eight, seamlessly connected to the terrace, garden and 10 x 5 metre pool. The spacious living room, equipped with satellite TV and a portable Bower Loewe sound system, provides an inviting retreat. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool, as well as a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The elegance continues on the first floor with two exquisite bedrooms. One has a 160x200 cm bed, a TV and a terrace with peaceful views, while the master suite has a 180x200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with sea views.
Outside, the villa boasts a Weber barbecue, a chill-out zone, sun loungers and a covered sunbathing area. With air conditioning throughout, WiFi, an alarm system and weekly cleaning, this villa ensures a stress-free short holiday in Ibiza.
