Within one minute, you will be on Highway, whether you are travelling to Mountains, Edmonton, Golden, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Banff, Medicine Hat, or to anywhere in the East or West. Stoney Trail (201) connect to Highway 2, Trans Canada Highway 1, 16 Avenue.
Please Note: Basement and Garage is not included. You will have access to main floor and upper floor. Basement can also be made available if there is a bigger family/ group and in need of more space for additional cost provided there are no bookings of the basement on those dates. BBQ on the Deck with 6 outdoor chairs, Table with umbrella and bug zapper are included in the house for an additional fee ($15/night or $99/week for BBQ for 2 hours/night usage as it runs on Natural Gas) Please ask your host if you would like to use BBQ on the deck. If the guests need cleaning while staying, cleaning can be arranged for additional charges.

* Tampering with the Cameras is a serious offence and will not be tolerated
* Any house rules violations will also considered breach of rental agreement and will results in forceful eviction
