3) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a twin bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the second level are the two bedrooms plus a bathroom.

6) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay.
