Just bring your flip flops! This fully remodeled and beautifully appointed villa has all of the beach gear you will need. Our Villa is so private you feel as if you are in a full single family home. Every aspect of the design allows for a comfortable stay w/all of the amenities of home. Amazing view of nature in and around the lake from the living room couch the master bdrm. & screened in lanai where you will see otters and turtles & birds on the lake and golf course. There is a pool in the community as well. This home sleeps 7 with brand new King, Queen w/trundle and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. the 2nd bathroom is Jack n Jill style for easy access and a full laundry room plus 2 car garage. 1.5 miles away is the brand new Aquatic complex with pools for all ages, and even water slides. There is a 2.5 mile nature trail and a brand new fitness facility. Marco Beaches are open and 15 minutes away! Naples opening soon!
