walk in tile shower. Flat screens in the living room and bedroom. New beds,
comforters, newer pull out sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 people. Extra air bed in
closet as well.
\- Gulfview is walkable to the beach with access point, next door to Sea Park
SPI (schlitterbahn), great pool/hot tub area, and community BBQs. Amazing

If you’d like a modern & remodeled condo yet small retreat for the weekend,
this will check all the boxes.
6 people allowed, perfect for families with young children. Wifi, cable TV and
small patio as well. The owners spared no expense on the upgrades.
The condo has a private patio that overlooks the nearby Sea Park SPI
(waterpark) and parking lot.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc as well as provided
linens and towels.
All tile, white quartz counters, new walk in tile shower, condo is fresh,
bright, and like new inside.
Super large pool area, heated hot tub, community use charcoal BBQs poolside
+++ private beach access.
High speed WIFI for remote work or school. Flat screen with cable in living
room.
Walk to Taco Palenque restaurant or the beachfront restaurant. at the nearby
Holiday Inn Beach Resort.
