Large yard, room for the kids to play plus plenty of off street parking and room for a boat + pets welcome.

Recently renovated family holiday house.
Living are with comfy lounges, smart TV and air conditioning. Dining area with seating for 8 which overlooks deck which has outdoor seating for 8 + BBQ + water glimpses across the Basin.
Wood fireplace for the cooler months - wood is required.
Renovated kitchen with quality Smeg appliances, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied for arrival.
Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine/dryer combo.
Garage is not available.
The location
250 metres from your front door is Palm Beach - safe swimming for the younger kids.
Also the Basin Walking Track with 10 km of local serenity.
Peaceful location with an abundance of local wildlife.
Perfect for a base away from the hustle and bustle of the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson and Vincentia and Hyams Beach.

Summary: This is definitely the best property we’ve stayed in on the coast. Extremely clean, beautifully set out, in a fabulous location.. there wasn’t a thing we would change. Highly recommend for a family and a dog!
