With many windows, this 150m² house has a great sense of light and space.
It has two double bedrooms one of which has en-suite bathroom, the other with bathroom adjacent ,the third bedroom with twin beds is on a mezzanine reached by steep stairs. Large open plan kitchen/dining/living area fully equipped, comfortable sofas, big open fire and long dining table.
The front of the house has furnished covered patios leading to a big garden , the views towards Monti Limbara are stunning and offer the perfect backdrop.
Great for families and those who like secluded countryside and great views. 20 min. drive from most beautiful beaches, there is a 800mt of dirt road to access the property.
