Beautifully decorated and designed to fit all your needs includes four large bedrooms, three large living rooms with flat screen TV's, a spacious dining room that seats ten, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, In-law unit w/full kitchen, full bathroom, fireplace, deck.
Enjoy the pool, hot tub and outdoor space with a fire pit and serene surroundings. The property is surrounded by mature gardens with meandering paths that lead from one area to another.
Monthly Rate for 6/mo min term: $12,500.00.
Tenant Pays: Cable, Water, Gas
Owner Pays: Wifi, Electric/Solar, Yard Maintenance, Pool Maintenance and Trash.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool and hot tub are professionally maintained Friday mornings. Yard maintenance is every other week. Pool is heated at 85*. For liability purposes, we will not heat spa above 98*! In-law unit separate from house is occupied by caretaker.
