Close to 2 railway stations (Left Bank and Construction), recently renovated apartment, exposed beams, tastefully decorated, high-end design furniture, oak floors. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with desk, double bed (160cm), 100% cotton satin sheet and storage / wardrobe, shower room (shower tray 80x120cm) and Separate WC.
Baby equipment on request.
Deposit: stay 1 week: 800 € and stay 1 month and more: 3000 €
* All inclusive charges except:
- Electricity (a monthly provision of 100 € will be required and at the end of the stay a balance will be calculated according to the actual consumption),

Summary: "Fantastic Location; Great Hostess, on Rue Royale , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Versailles. The location was excellent - very near from the St. Louis Cathedral and just a couple blocks from both the Chateau and the RER station and 3 bakeries. The apartment was recently renovated and was in great condition, including a nicely appointed kitchen. Although the flat was small, our family of 4 was quite comfortable and the neighborhood was charming and calm. The owner, Madame Cazali, was excellent to work with and easy to talk to. She welcomed us in person and had the table set with numerous freshly baked items from the boulangerie. Overall, we had a great rental experience. When we return to Paris, we will DEFINITELY rent another apartment from this owner."
