Summary: The apartment is stylishly decorated and comfortable to stay in. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location is very close to the city center/beach. The area was (mostly) quiet, and the parking card was a real plus. What I really liked was the Bluetooth stereo system. However, it is a bit dark (Since the apartment is located on the basement level) and can be noisy, as you hear the neighbors’ water pipes and other guests in the building. For older people it might not be suitable due to the steep stairs. Some drawers were cluttered and the cleaning in the corners could have been better. I also put all the soup spoons, spatulas, etc. into the dishwasher myself because they were so greasy and dirty. The biggest drawback was a neighborhood festival with loud music that kept me awake for two nights – it might be worth (note to myself) checking in advance if such events are scheduled.
