2 Bedroom House in Hudson

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are very nice and good friends of ours. We are looking for retirement age renters who want to enjoy the Florida weather and rent our home for a few months. Our home is totally furnished with lots of extras. We include games, puzzles, DVDs and bikes.
It has 2 baths & 2 bedrooms. It has a new queen bed in the master. The second bedroom has a queen and full bed. To help you sleep comfortable we have a new central heat and air condition.
The living room has a navy leather couch, 2 matching recliners and an additional recliner. The 60" TV has cable and a DVD player.
The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dishes and small appliances. You will be able to cook almost anything. There are two tables inside the house; a small dinette that seats 4 & a large oak table that seats 8. There are two tables in the screened in area; seating 4 and 6.
There is a one car garage with a washer, dryer and an extra refrigerator.
Our home is located on the Gulf water. We have a step down sea wall and a new dock so you could fish in the canal. You could put your boat at our dock and be in the Gulf in 5 minutes.
Groceries , retail, restaurants and fish markets are all close.
Trash is put out on Sunday and Thursday nights.
