Positive: Two couples, traveling together. Lovely location (although you'll need a car to get anything - even a cup of coffee or a loaf of bread). SPACIOUS, beautifully equipped, everything you could want (except, perhaps, for 4 or 6 steak knives). Beautiful view of the bay - morning, noon, night (and probably any time of the year). Good beds, great kitchen.
Negative: 1. FINDING THE PLACE. No mailbox, house number 331 is only by the front door and is obscured by trees and NOT visible from the road (you have to take a chance and turn into "a" driveway to see if you've got the correct house). 2. Slight musty smell, common to locations near bodies of water. Air out the house, and you become used to it after a while.
